INTERNSHIP AT DOERS

We provide exciting and highly engaging Internship opportunities to the students pursuing their Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized college or university and seeking a block placement or exposure of working with an NGO in the thematic areas of resilience, sustainability and empowerment. During an internship at Doers, the students not only get the experiences of working with a non-governmental organization, but also gain a lot in terms of their professional capacity development.

We accept internship applications on a rolling-basis, depending upon several factors, primarily including the assessment of the application received, as well as the alignment of student's needs with organization's work. As a mandatory requirement, internship applicants must submit a supporting letter from their course coordinator or the concerned department of the institution.

FELLOWSHIP AT DOERS

Finding a reasonably good employment opportunity is not an easy thing, especially for the individuals who have graduated from the college or university very recently and possess no or very little experience of working as a professional with an organization. We strive to address this challenge by offering them an opportunity to undergo a Professional Development Fellowship at Doers for a duration of minimum 1 month to maximum 6 months. Our fellows receive training and exposure which is essential to career development in a relevant professional stream.

The fellowship applications are received throughout the year and acceptance to them is subjected to programmatic and administrative factors. Fellowship applicants do not need to submit any supporting letter from an institution.
